   10 days into the new year is how long it took to get a post up on the front page of our site. I think I know what my New Years resolution will be! I need to stop procrastinating! I'll get on that later though.

   But seriously, with the new year comes many new adventures, and plenty of time for change. New characters await us on maple, new events and quests, and hopefully new areas and monsters! With change comes a chance to change ourselves, the way we are or the way we act. So that comes to this post's main theme, and main question...

Christmas Giveaway Event

With the holidays just a week away, things tend to get a little hectic. With last minute shopping, decorating and gift wrapping, there's hardly any time for Maple Story. Most of us have done a lot of our shopping and decorating already, but there's still a lot of work to do. To ease your troubled minds, SectionEight will be hosting a special Christmas event for all of our GMS members you won't want to miss!

With the MapleSEA rankings page up and running again, MapleSEA players and guilds can now register at msguild.org. We offer a home page for your guild, with rankings and levelling news. Additionally, you can show off your levelling progress elsewhere using the signatures we offer.

There are two servers a Singaporean and Malaysian one. Since character names are unique to each server, not across MapleSEA as a whole, you must select the correct server when adding your character to the site. Note that, in contrast to GMS and EMS, only the level is available, not the exp.

Additionally, provisional support for VietnamMS has been added; however, signatures are not currently working for this region.

We are pleased to announced that msguild.org now supports the European version of MapleStory. We provide a home page for your guild, where you can chat or check your guild roster. You will be able to keep to track of who has levelled recently, or identify lazy recruits! Please see the About page for an overview of what we offer.

MapleStory Signatures are now available to all MSGuild users.

Signatures display the following information: Avatar and Pet, Levelling history plot for the past month, Weekly and monthly level gain, Number of lazy days (days since last exp change).

Too much information may be displayed for some people's taste. However these signatures are intended to show off the features of our site.

Currently our signatures update every 6 hours, to reduce server demands. In future the frequency may be increased for the more active players.
